Note on Budget Expansion

Based on your experience level, service scope, and target market, a marketing budget in the $2,500–$3,500/month range would meaningfully accelerate your path to first project and showroom opening. As soon as revenue begins, reinvesting in marketing at a higher rate will compound your results significantly. The goal is to reach a point where the marketing budget is self-funding from project revenue.

Direction for professional architectural photography sessions, asset organization, and portfolio management. Every completed project should be photographed by a professional architectural photographer — this is not optional.

90-Day Launch
Timeline

A clear, week-by-week roadmap from Day 1 to your first closed project. The goal: at least one project per month within 60–90 days to unlock the showroom investment.

Days 1–14

Brand Foundation

  • Kick-off call: align on brand voice, visual direction, and LLRS™ positioning
  • Begin Brand Guide development (logo, colors, fonts, LLRS™ mark)
  • Set up ActiveCampaign CRM — Homeowner Pipeline + Contractor Pipeline
  • Set up Google Business Profile with full optimization
  • Design and order premium business cards and Contractor Partnership Packet
  • Launch Instagram and Pinterest profiles with initial content

Days 15–30

Market Entry

  • Brand Guide delivered and approved
  • Launch first direct mail campaign to Tellico Village / Rarity Bay (200–250 homes)
  • Join Loudon County Chamber — attend first Business After Hours event
  • Attend HBAGK Coffee Break as a guest for the first time
  • Begin posting on Instagram (3x/week minimum — start with Minnesota portfolio)

Momentum Building

  • Send second direct mail campaign (same households — repetition is key)
  • Schedule and complete first paid $500 consultation

Days 61–90

First Project Close

  • Close first paid project (target: $15,000–$50,000+ design fee)
  • Photograph completed work with professional architectural photographer
  • Collect first Google review and testimonial
  • Evaluate showroom location options in Lenoir City
  • Reinvest project revenue into expanded marketing budget ($2,500–$3,500/month)
  • Register for AGC GC Meet & Greet (June) as an exhibitor

Payment Terms: With any ongoing services, Epic Nine will meet with you monthly for reporting and strategy review. If payments are not made on time, a 10% late fee will be added to the account. If an account becomes 2 months overdue, website access and email services will be suspended until the account is brought current.
